Highland Restaurant

Reopened in 2024, our Head Chef Liam Hay welcomes you to enjoy his bespoke range of food choices, including some good wholesome flavoursome favourites, through to exquisite dishes with influence from corners of the world. The kitchen teams growing reputation across the region means advance booking is advised. Our main Restaurant is then complimented by the “snug” dining room, used on normal service nights, but also available for private dining options.

All table reservations are for a maximum of 90mins

Payment for 6+ persons will need to be made in one payment transaction and cannot be split
